StoryVibe (“we”, “us”) turns your photos and memories into comics, illustrated stories and stickers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using StoryVibe at storyvibe.app you agree to this policy.

What we collect

• Account details: your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google. We never receive your Google password.
• What you create: photos you upload, the people you add, memories and story text you write, and the comics, stories and stickers made from them.
• Usage information: basic technical data such as how many pictures you have generated (to apply free limits), error logs, and your browser type.

How we use it

• To run your account and save your work.
• To create your comics, stories and stickers. Your photos are used only to draw your people’s faces.
• To send account emails, such as sign-up confirmation and password reset.
• To keep the service safe, prevent abuse and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos or stories for advertising.

Services we use

We share information only with the providers that run StoryVibe for us, and only what they need:

• OpenAI creates the writing and pictures. Photos and text you submit for a creation are sent to OpenAI to produce it. Under OpenAI’s API terms, this data is not used to train their models.
• Supabase stores your account, photos and creations.
• Cloudflare hosts the website.
• Resend delivers our emails.
• Google handles “Continue with Google” sign-in, if you choose it.

Sharing your creations

Everything you make is private by default. If you create a share or gift link, anyone with that link can view that creation. You can turn a link off at any time from the share menu.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account and creations until you delete them or ask us to delete your account. To delete your account and everything in it, email hello@storyvibe.app from the address you signed up with. We will delete it within 30 days.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Your photos are stored in private storage that only your account can access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

StoryVibe is not intended for children under 13, and they should not create an account. If you add photos of children (for example, family comics), please make sure you are their parent or guardian or have their permission.

Your rights

You can view and edit your information in the app, and you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing hello@storyvibe.app.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app or by email.
