Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use StoryVibe at storyvibe.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use StoryVibe.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use StoryVibe.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Give us a real email address so we can contact you about your account.

Your content

You own the photos, text and memories you add, and the comics, stories and stickers made from them. You give us permission to store and process them only to run StoryVibe for you, including sending them to our AI providers to create your work.

Only upload photos you have the right to use. If a photo shows other people, make sure they are happy to be included.

What you may not do

• Upload or create content that is sexual, hateful, harassing, violent, illegal, or that sexualises or harms children in any way.
• Use someone’s photo to mock, bully, impersonate or embarrass them without their consent.
• Create misleading content about real people presented as true.
• Try to break, overload, scrape or get around the limits of the service, or create many accounts to get extra free use.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI-generated results

Pictures and writing are created by AI. Results can be unexpected or imperfect, and may not always look exactly like the people in your photos. You can edit, redraw or delete any result.

Free use and future plans

StoryVibe currently offers free daily and monthly creation limits. We may introduce paid plans later. We will tell you the price and what you get before you are ever charged, and nothing is charged without your clear agreement.

Sharing

Share and gift links can be opened by anyone who has them. Only share links with people you trust, and turn a link off if you no longer want it visible.

Availability

We work to keep StoryVibe running, but the service is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable or change. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for lost content. Please keep your own copies of anything important.

Ending your account

You can stop using StoryVibe at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@storyvibe.app. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we will let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use StoryVibe means you accept the updated terms.
